If you need an early taste of Springtime — and who doesn’t this year– join Radio Talk Show Host and Horticulturalist extraordinaire, Michael Warren Thomas, for his 17th Annual Tour from the Finger Lakes region to the Philadelphia Flower Show.

The theme for the 2009 Flower Show is “Bella Italia.” There you’ll have the opportunity to see acres of gardens, plants and floral designs, watch Italian Folk Dancing, take in Culinary Food demonstrations by celebrity chefs, savor free wine and food tastings, sit in on free workshops and seminars and take advantage of shopping opportunities among over 140 vendors.

In addition to the Philadelphia Flower Show, you’ll also enjoy beatiful Longwood Gardens and a stop at Winterthur Museum & Country Estate, which has less formal gardens than Longwood’s, but the largest collection of American Antiques in the U.S.
