- Cumming Nature Center – 6472 Gulick Road, Naples. Winter hours: Dec. 27-31 9 a.m.-5p.m.; Jan 2-4 open 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Jan. 7-31 open Wed.-Sun. 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. FREE to Rochester Museum & Science Center Members; Suggested donation for non-members: $3/person or $10/family. Closed from Nov. 10-Dec. 26.
- Mendon Ponds Park – Clover St. & Canfield Road, Pittsford. Nov. 1-Mar. 31 Mon-Thurs. open 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., Fri.-Sun. open 7 a.m.-11p.m. FREE.
- Montezuma Audobon Center – 2295 State Rte. 89, Savannah. Open Tues.-Sat. 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Closed from Dec. 25-Jan. 5. Classes offered, some at minimal charge, some FREE.
- Sapsucker Woods Sanctuary and Cornell Ornithology Lab – 159 Sapsucker Woods Road, Ithaca. Trails open 365 days each year. Visitors center open Mon.-Thurs. 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Fri. 8 a.m.- 4p.m., Sat. 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Sun. 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
