All aboard for an exciting model railroad exhibit presented by the Rochester Model Railroad Club.

View of the historically accurate Lehigh Valley Railroad on an HO Scale

View of the historically accurate Lehigh Valley Railroad

The Club, now celebrating its 70th year, will present its Annual Open House featuring an HO scale model of the former Lehigh Valley Railroad which ran from Buffalo, NY to Jersey City, NJ.

You’re guaranteed to feel as if you’ve “stepped back in time” because Rochester’s Landmark Society has compared their research against that done by the Club and has confirmed that the layout is historically accurate, based on both group’s research.

For example, did you know that Rochester’s Dinosaur Barbecue Restaurant is now located in what was once Rochester’s Lehigh Valley passenger station?

In addition to the 350′ double track main line and trolley line that feature as many as 10 trains running at once, this year, you’ll see the debut of a model  Geneva’s passenger station, completed by the Club just in time for this year’s exhibit.
