I love a long walk on the canal path with a stop for ice cream – at any of a number of places. You’ve got Bill Wahl’s in Schoen Place and Lickety-Splits in Fairport both right on the canal.” Juli included the following photos:

What great photographs.
In this stressful life, it is good to remember that such a simple thing as a walk by the canal can lower both cholestorol and stress at the same time. Much healthier than sitting in front of a games console all weekend.
